I was approached by John whilst clearing my front garden of leaves.
He asked me If I would like to have the top taken out of a conifer he had noticed as he had been working close-by. In fact that particular tree was not in my garden, however I did want a large conifer in my back garden taken down and removed, and asked him to have a look at it.
He said he could do that and gave me a date and price.
John arrived with his partner and in spite of the awful weather conditions (rain and strong wind) the job was completed. There was no damage to the garden, and all branches, leaves, and sawn up logs were removed.
We were very pleased with the work done, completed on time and at the price quoted.
Before leaving he advised me two Cedar trees in my back garden needed the tops being removed, and two more trees in the front garden needed surgery.
He gave me a verbal quote which I accepted
Again I was happy with the result; the work was done on time and at the price quoted.
I noticed on John's business card that he also undertook fencing.
I told him the height and type of fencing (Closeboard) that I wanted and he gave me an immediate quote. The job was not straightforward as it required removal of; broken fencing, and dead tree stumps from neighbours garden.
John ordered the required fencing materials that day, and gave me a date for starting the job.
Unfortunately due to adverse weather conditions (heavy frost, slowing the fencing team down on other jobs) the original start date was missed, for which John apologised profusely.
However shortly all materials arrived on site and the following day the fencing team arrived and completed the whole job..and more ..they added an extra 2 two fence panels at a very reasonable price

My wife and I were really happy with all the work carried out by 'Linwood Trees ', especially the fencing which my wife thought was fantastic.
